Bump @vercel/geistdocs 1.15.5 -> 1.16.0 and drop the removed `config` prop from <Footer /> (1.16.0 replaces the footer with the Vercel product directory and no longer accepts config). Navbar and the new theme switcher come through with no call-site changes.
Switch Geist Sans from next/font/google to geist/font/sans so the full OpenType features (e.g. the ss11 alternate "I" enabled by geistdocs 1.16.0) are available, aliasing --font-geist-sans to --font-sans.
