Finalized Apple Liquid Glass redesign for ModelPing.

  • Preserves routes, information architecture, fields, workflows and API behavior.
  • Replaces layered legacy glass overrides with a reusable project Design System.
  • Adds semantic tokens, Standard Glass, progressive Optical Glass, reusable glass primitives and motion/accessibility policies.
  • Keeps primary data/content surfaces crisp and non-glass.
  • Includes responsive Light/Dark desktop/mobile refinements and consistent amethyst ModelPing logo/favicon.
  • No Worker/API endpoint, polling cadence, persistence, wrangler, KV, dependency or Cloudflare runtime changes.

Latest head CI passed before this formal merge PR was created.
