I tried re-running the failed CI job a few times but it keeps failing. It seems to me like a race condition where ES hasn't started within 30 seconds. I tried the test locally and it's working for me, so it must be slow GHA runners. I can open an issue for adding retry!
This PR seems fine other than that.
