Remove the IPO Orders page from the Streamlit example app - #163

Drops "IPO Orders" from the IPO group in the sidebar picker and deletes its handler: the access-token notice, the order-ID and records inputs, the single-order view built on get_ipo_order_by_id (metrics, field table, bids table), the list view built on get_ipo_orders, and both show_curl calls. IPO Listing and IPO Details are unchanged, as are the standalone ipo/ipo_orders.py CLI example and its test_runner entry. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
