Recalibrate tab default titles when opening files with identical basenames by computing paths relative to their lowest common ancestor. Issue
Opening multiple files with identical basenames (such as client/main.go and server/main.go) rendered duplicate tab names in the tab bar, making it ambiguous to identify active buffers.
Fix
Recalibrate tab default titles upon tab creation, removal, or manual rename by computing paths relative to the lowest common ancestor of colliding tabs. Retain dirty attributes across title updates, and revert remaining tabs to their original short names when collisions are closed.
