Summary
Update eligible workspace dependencies under the unchanged strict seven-day release policy. Adapt types and tooling to the new checks, register the six existing skill references, and remove upstream limitations now covered by three integration regressions. Preserve public exports and compiler compatibility. No new Markdown files or README additions.
Evidence
After: Three focused regressions pass; all 509 runtime tests pass.
After: TypeScript 7/5.9 fixtures, typed lint, Effect diagnostics, Fallow, packaging, formatting, and Intent checks pass.
After: Both application builds, the 56-page docs build, and all 76 Chromium/Firefox browser checks pass. Local WebKit lacks host libraries; CI runs all three engines.
After: Frozen installation verifies all 1,013 lockfile entries against the supply-chain policy; independent publication-time checks cover all 157 introduced registry versions.
