Make first-successful-snapshot capture safe and reusable

SSR consumers capture RPC stream snapshots and stop open work with explicit settlement and cleanup behavior.

Consolidate the existing framework-neutral pattern for accumulated/live queries using native public QueryClient APIs.
Define fresh-versus-cached snapshot behavior and verify timeout, abort before first value, empty/failing streams, successful completion, and existing cache data.
Cancel only the owned exact query, detach listeners/timers, and finalize iteration on every path before client/runtime disposal.
Prove browser hydration/reconnect uses independently owned resources.
Extract a helper only for demonstrated reusable behavior beyond native forwarding; keep clients/providers application-owned and verify exported types with public API compiler fixtures.
