SKILL.md is now a router. Eight 13-line shape stubs are gone. The gold HTML is the contract. Thick references stay for editorial, podcast, execution-log, and deck-review. Co-authored-by: Todd Dailey <twidtwid@users.noreply.github.com>
Thin shapes no longer list missing references/shapes files. The checker fails if any listed path is gone, and SKILL.md pickWhen must match the JSON. Harness complete count follows the thick-only reference rule. Co-authored-by: Todd Dailey <twidtwid@users.noreply.github.com>

Why
Eight of twelve shape references were 13-line stubs. Agents still loaded them. The gold HTML is the contract. SKILL.md should route, not repeat.

This PR only thins the skill and the stub files. It does not add

Always-loaded skill tokens drop 12257 → 7394 (4863 below the shape-lint parent). Generated HTML did not change.
Verification
make checkis green.lint-artifact.mjsand still forbids hand-retyped scripts.
