A file that calls navigator.clipboard.writeText must define writeClipboard in the same file. The unguarded fixture still fails. A helper plus writeClipboard(t) passes. Co-authored-by: Todd Dailey <twidtwid@users.noreply.github.com>

Why
Fifteen HTML files copy the same clipboard helper. A file that calls
navigator.clipboard.writeTextwithoutwriteClipboardwill throw onfile://and hardened browsers.What changed

This PR only adds the helper check. The skill snippet already uses
writeClipboard, so the snippet did not change.Blast Radius
Every current example already defines the helper. Default lint still passes. Skill tokens stay 12256.
