The lint reads data-shape on the html element only. A value that is not a contracts/shapes.json id fails. Editorial requires thesis so a dashboard tagged editorial still fails. Co-authored-by: Todd Dailey <twidtwid@users.noreply.github.com>

Why
Wrong shape still passes today's lint. The omega-3 draft was an editorial page on tabular data. A declared
data-shapeon<html>lets the lint name the missing feature.What changed
<html data-shape>to acontracts/shapes.jsonid.lint-artifact.mjsreads that attribute on the html element only, never on gallery cards.thesis, so a dashboard tagged editorial fails.Scope
This PR only adds the declared-shape gate. It does not add
--againstand does not thin SKILL.md.Blast Radius
Every generated example gained one attribute. Interactive behavior did not change. Skill tokens rose 12241 → 12257.
