Added same-net trace hover highlighting and verified typecheck/format/build locally. Happy to adjust the highlight behavior if maintainers prefer a different visual treatment. |

Fix same-net schematic trace hover highlighting
Fixes tscircuit/tscircuit#1130
Adds same-net schematic trace hover highlighting in schematic-viewer.
When hovering a schematic trace, the viewer maps the hovered schematic_trace back to source_trace connectivity and highlights all schematic traces connected through the same source trace/source net/source ports.
