Narrows failure mode for stuck Daytona HTTP calls without changing auth or sandbox logic; 60s deadline may cause some slow non-exec calls to fail where they previously could hang.

Overview
Configures the Daytona SDK client with a 60s requestTimeoutMs when building sandbox providers, so HTTP calls (including toolbox/exec) cannot hang indefinitely and block an agent turn without a tool.response. The SDK uses this as a client-wide deadline while still allowing longer waits for executeCommand / codeRun (command timeout + 5s).

Adds DAYTONA_REQUEST_TIMEOUT_MS in providerUtils.ts and wires it into new Daytona({ apiKey, requestTimeoutMs: ... }). Unit tests pass a short requestTimeoutMs: 1000 on test clients; a patch changeset documents the behavior change.
