Overview
Adds Learn more documentation links (new tab) on agent Runtime Config fields in detailed layout, wired to trueforge.dev URLs for dynamic sub-agents, generative UI, ask-user questions, iteration limit, sandbox, context compaction, and large tool response offloading.

Introduces a shared RUNTIME_CONFIG_DOCS map, optional docsUrl on runtime switch fields, and a small DocsLearnMore link component; the iteration limit row is a div with an aria-label on its number input. Unit tests assert each linked field exposes the correct href and target="_blank". Patch changeset for @truefoundry/trueforge-ui.
