The two form modals hand-roll the same three-line .field / .label / .foot blocks. The rule of three says a third form is the trigger to fold them into mixins in src/styles/abstracts/_mixins.scss.
Left as a note rather than done now, deliberately: two occurrences are not yet a pattern.
Acceptance
- When a third form appears, the three blocks come from mixins and the two existing modals use them too.
