Healthy, unchanged from the 1.15.0 record two days ago, plus the three criteria added since then: P12 and P13 (Dependabot and CodeQL, both already enabled) and R09 (the release security gate, added in the pipeline PR). Regenerated the badge with scripts/conformance.py against the pinned v1.21.0 catalog; verified clean with --check.
