Add a menu bar quick-access item for common mixer actions

OpenConnct today has no menu bar presence at all — every action (mute/solo a
channel, check a level, run "Set the level for me…") requires switching to the
app window. A lightweight menu bar item could expose the actions someone
reaches for constantly during a call, without bringing the app to the front:

• Per-channel Mute / Solo toggles, with the current level shown as a
  compact meter or word (silent/quiet/good/loud/too loud, as the app
  already computes for the main meter)
• A "mute all" panic action
• Maybe: jump straight to a channel's settings for "Set the level for me…"

This is quality-of-life, not a replacement for the main window — the full
per-channel controls (gain, HPF, gate, compressor, exciter, fader) stay there.

Open questions

• NSStatusItem (regular menu bar icon) vs. MenuBarExtra (SwiftUI) — depends
  on how the app is structured today.
• Whether this should be optional (a setting), given some people may not want
  another permanent menu bar icon; see the related presence-choice issues below
  for apps that already have one.
