Fixes #368.

  • 2004_a4: quantify x after the witnesses (avals N a ∧ ∀ x : Fin n → ℝ, …) so the representation is an identity, not pointwise.
  • 2016_a5: ghgen : Subgroup.closure {g, h} = ⊤ (drops the extra ¬closure {g} = ⊤ ∧ ¬closure {h} = ⊤).
  • 2003_b4: f : ℂ → ℂ, roots in ℂ, rationality as ∃ q : ℚ, r1 + r2 = q / ∃ q : ℚ, r1 * r2 = q.

All three statements elaborate on Lean v4.35.0 + current Mathlib.

…pointwise)

With x as a theorem argument the representation could depend on x (trishullab#368).
Removes ¬closure {g} = ⊤ ∧ ¬closure {h} = ⊤ from ghgen (trishullab#368).
f : ℂ → ℂ and complex roots; rationality as ∃ q : ℚ (trishullab#368).

Three Lean statements weaker than the problem: putnam_2004_a4 (quantifier scope), putnam_2016_a5 (extra hypotheses), putnam_2003_b4 (real roots only)
