After #193 the understanding row of a "summarize" turn read "Scope every indexed project (none named)": the row is generic and prints a scope for every intent, and a rework names no repository because it searches nothing. It now reads "Reworks the previous answer from its own sources". Checked on a stored rework turn in the running app.

…scoped every project

The understanding row printed search terms and a scope for every intent. A
rework has neither: it searches nothing and its scope is the previous
answer's own sources, so "every indexed project (none named)" claimed a
search that never ran.
