Live feedback on the new denial page: "Sign in" reads as a wall to an invitee who has no account — nothing said that the first sign-in creates one.

  • 401 denial page: message now ends with "First time here? Signing in creates your account automatically — there is no separate sign-up."
  • /activate (pairing): the signed-out state carries the same first-time hint
  • Pairing success ("Connected"): gains a "Go to your docs" action in the shared edge-page action style, completing the device-code pairing surfaces' unification with the status-page frame

Committed shell runtime rebuilt (npm run build:shell). Offline suite: 80/80 green.

An invitee with no account reads "Sign in" as a wall — they think they
need an account they do not have, and the truth (the first sign-in
creates it, and for an email invite the address itself already carries
the access) was written nowhere. The 401 denial and the /activate
sign-in state now both say it: first time here, signing in creates your
account automatically.

The pairing success page also joins the edge-page action language — a
"Go to your docs" door instead of only "close this tab".
