Offline software licensing in Python with Ed25519 signatures: hardware-bound license keys that the app can verify but never forge. Tolerates one hardware change, survives updates, detects clock rollback, supports extensions. Includes a vendor key generator, an example PyQt5 app and 27 unit tests.
