Fix Synology Download Station BitTorrent: torrents stuck at 0%, "Failed to add torrent", no seeding. Replaces the bundled transmission-daemon with a patched Transmission 4.1.1 that answers RPC over the Unix socket, keeps the DownloadStation task-id across restarts, and stops the add-fail loop that truncates resume data.
