Summary
Adds a
git-kuraDev Container Feature that installsgit-kurafrom the upstream installer and exposesgit-kura/git kura ...in Debian and Ubuntu based containers.Also adds Feature CI and updates the release workflow to publish Features, so the documented GHCR Feature reference is actually available after release.
