Free tools for Indian tenants and housing societies to generate HRA Rent Receipts, Rent Agreements, Maintenance Receipts, Society NOC for Passport & Tenant Police Verification, and Rent Increment Letters. Built to save Rs 50-100 per receipt that paid tools charge.

Why Free? Paid models get copied in 1 day. Free + AdSense = sustainable + lakhs of families get access.

HRA Rent Receipt Generator – Monthly receipts for Section 80GG exemption
11-Month Rent Agreement – Standard Maharashtra format
Maintenance Receipt – CHS maintenance with sinking fund, water, electricity
Society NOC – Passport – NOC for passport issuance
Society NOC – Tenant Police Verification – Landlord + Society NOC
Rent Increment Letter – Notice for rent increase
All PDFs are generated in-browser. No backend, no data collection.

🧠 What I Learned / Why This Matters for AI Agent Roles
This was my first indie product proving I can:

Ship full product end-to-end alone – idea, design, code, SEO, AdSense, deploy
Think about user privacy (zero storage) and business model (free scales better)
Handle Indian housing society edge cases (PAN, landlord/tenant flows, society stamp)
Next iteration (Agent Layer): I'm adding an LLM agent on top:

Tool: generate_noc / generate_receipt with function calling
RAG: Retrieve Maharashtra society bylaws
Agent flow: User says "Mujhe passport NOC chahiye" in Hindi → Agent extracts flat, society, dates → calls tool → generates PDF
Eval: Check format correctness, Hindi/Marathi translation accuracy
