Align wasmtime-wasi with wasmtime
This bump to wasmtime-wasi = "40.0.1" while keeping wasmtime = "39.0.1" will produce two different wasmtime versions in the runtime crate, which breaks type compatibility when you pass wasmtime::Linker/Store into WASI helpers (e.g., p1::add_to_linker_sync in crates/runtime/src/runtime.rs around lines 579–581 expects the wasmtime types from 40.0.1). That causes a compile-time type mismatch in this crate because wasmtime 39 and 40 are distinct crates. Please bump wasmtime to 40.0.1 (or keep WASI at 39.0.1) to keep the versions aligned.
