🎯 What: Replaced empty try { fs.unlinkSync(...) } catch { } blocks in src/index.ts with a new safeUnlinkSync helper function.
💡 Why: Silent failures from empty catch blocks can hide legitimate errors (like permissions issues). The new helper ignores expected ENOENT (file not found) errors but properly logs other failures to the console with chalk.yellow.
Verification: Ran npm run gate:syntax, npm run build, and npm run test:gate successfully. Reviewed git diff to ensure code semantics remain unchanged.
Result: Improved maintainability and error visibility while preserving existing behavior.
