A share FLINCH measures itself now carries its device (st_dev), and two measured shares are one filesystem only when their devices match. The size-and-free-space guess stays for mounts the apps report. Live, media-tv-a and media-tv-b (both 790 GiB, both ~93% full, free space 1.9 GiB apart) were merged: tv-b had no target and its series counted against tv-a.
- GET /api/graph joins items, Tautulli plays (by Plex keys and episode GUIDs), Seerr requests, disks and keeps; the Graph tab draws it as a force layout and overrides a title with a previewed rule scoped to its id. - Settings > Rules > Visual workspace edits the same rule list as chains (trigger, conditions, safeguards, action, route), with connection rules. - The daemon reads Sonarr, Radarr and Prowlarr each cycle into arr-fleet-status.json: health, stuck queue items by reason (a full disk is never removed), failing indexers. The Fleet tab and strip show it and queue remove+blocklist or an indexer test; optional auto actions. - An indexer test waits up to 150 s (Prowlarr retries a dead site), and an *arr refusal reports its validation messages whole.
FLINCH locates each *arr's recycle bin like a root folder (its own mount first, by device). A bin on another filesystem than the disk a delete leaves holds nothing there, so the delete is credited as freed at once, and the misplacement is logged and sent with the persisting problems: live, Sonarr's bin sat on the movies share, so every TV delete would have filled it for three days.
…collection - A completed download waiting to import counts whole as queued bytes on its disk, and an import landing more than 24 h after its grab is backlog, kept out of the arrival rate. Live: the 10-19 flush (Dark Matter, Carrie) had pushed tv/tv-b to 15 GiB/day and 231/203 GiB targets; now 5.2/10.5 GiB/day and 89/139 GiB. - A season deleted outside FLINCH 'will download again' only when an aired, monitored episode still lacks its file; Maintainerr unmonitors episodes but leaves the season flag on, so Jackal and Neagley no longer warn. - stop_maintainerr_rules (on by default): FLINCH turns off Maintainerr's own rules on the collections it fills, backing each rule group up to state/maintainerr-rules-backup/ first, sending the group and its collection whole, and reading it back. Live, those rules had deleted two seasons and two movies FLINCH never chose.

Fixes tv-b being merged into tv-a (same-size shares that filled alike), and adds the Graph tab, the visual rules workspace and the fleet monitor (health, stuck queue, failing indexers). Running live as registry.tobhost.com/flinch:20261018c. Tests: cargo test -p flinch-archive -p flinch-web green; vite build green.
