Update tinyjevclient for Jev proxy support

Summary

Updates the pinned tinyjevclient submodule to upstream main at e53d5f0.

The client now supports Jev System One requests through OpenRouter and the corrected TinyHumans proxy System One route.

The pinned tinyjevclient exposes ClientConfig::openrouter and ClientConfig::tinyhumans_openrouter. TinyHiveMind has no public API changes.
