feat: add OpenRouter System One client support

Overview

Adds typed OpenRouter System One support to the Rust SDK for JEV requests.

Changes

• Exposes openrouter_system_one for serializable request payloads
• Regenerates the public route contract with both System One proxy paths
• Adds wire-level request and response coverage
