This automatically uploads the release artifacts to the release on GitHub, to avoid needing to manually download/upload 12 different files every release.

Looks plausible to me, but can you explain context/how this thing works in the PR description?

@tjgreen42 I added some context. It's still a draft because I haven't tested it yet, I'm going to try this for the next release and undraft it if it works.
