Defect fixed: PBS
install_onlylinux libpython carries DWARF (file: with debug_info, not stripped; 251,884,016 bytes). All desktop archives (3.14.7 and 3.15.0rc1, GIL and free-threaded, 4 platforms) now come frominstall_only_stripped, checksums pinned from the release SHA256SUMS. #74's best-effort host strip is removed.Test added: DesktopJarLibrariesTest.linuxLibrariesHaveNoDebugInfo (ELF section-header check) + a parser self-test.
Verification (coordinator, separate modules): plugin 254/0, desktopTest 592/0, ksp artifact 35/0, app 70/0, compose 115/0, androidNative OK. Desktop jar: 30,688,165 bytes; lib/linux-x86_64/libpython3.14.so 33,106,704 bytes (was 251,884,016), macos-aarch64 dylib 18,800,064.
