Releases what landed since 0.22.1: #210, #211 and #215.

Upgrade notes

• axum servers (breaking): into_router takes RouterSettings before the callback. Pass RouterSettings::default() to serve as before.
• Python clients (breaking): clients generated by 0.23 import externally_tagged_json_schema, flattened_enum_json_schema and known_variants_json_schema from reflectapi-runtime, so a client with an externally tagged, open or flattened enum needs runtime 0.23. Upgrade the CLI and the runtime together.

Entries for refactor(codegen): expand Python flattened fields from the shared layout #211 gain PR links.
• Docs:
  • clients/README.md: install the reflectapi-runtime that matches the CLI, and Python models describe the wire in their JSON schemas (fix(python): describe the wire shape in JSON schemas of tagged and flattened enums #210 had no docs).
  • serving/other-servers.md: "leave keep_alive out" sits next to the keep_alive bullet, and the per-route example passes path as the dispatch example names it.

fmt, clippy -D warnings and cargo test --workspace --all-features pass locally.

After merge

Tag v0.23.0 on the merge commit once main CI is green. release.yml checks the tag against every package version and publishes the ## 0.23.0 section as the release notes.

Not included

#212 (shared variant shapes) is open. It doesn't change generated output, so it can ship in a patch.
