bug in hybrid/OpenID/Yadis/XRDS.php halts compile - pls update Janrain library

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Compile fails on php v 5.  It is XRDS.php:431, should read $&services.  This 
can be fixed easily by installing latest from janrain, which has this fix.
