Please describe the goal of this pull request and the changes that were made.
Add some config info coming out of Fred's recent search and epub work. And adds a Tip about color profiles for PDF output. I discovered that images with Adobe RGB (1998) color profiles output a little darker than expected with Paged.js. Better to have sRGB profiles. Luckily, sRGB is much more common and is the default profile for most programs.
