feat: streamlit config established

This PR aims to update the basic documentation on streamlit library

Hey @thecuriousteam, I had taken the latest pull earlier thrice but as soon you merge other commits it shows to be outdated
Fix to that is to merge pull requests as soon its properly reviewed
or to introduce semantic release action which with a little tweaking also takes care of this issue
