Part of TBP-807: in-app (SDK) sign-in is the default, and the sign-in pages are styled to match the developer's app.

  • Guides no longer ask hosted-or-SDK. They name SDK mode as the approach and tell the developer in one line; hosted only when the developer explicitly asks, or the app is already on hosted.
  • The SDK-auth guides gain an always-on Match the app's design step: read the app's styles, set the --bridge-* tokens from its own variables, and use its frame when it has one. Ask for colours only when the project has no styles.

Goes live on merge: guides are served from GitHub raw main.

The integration and SDK-auth guides no longer ask hosted-or-SDK: SDK mode
is the approach, hosted only when the developer asks for it. The SDK-auth
guide gains an always-on step that reads the app's styles and sets the
--bridge-* tokens and frame from them, so the sign-in pages look like the
app rather than Bridge's defaults.

…parenthesis (TBP-807)

The guides still framed sign-in as a choice and kept referring to the
hosted mode. Now the per-framework integration guide itself sets up in-app
(SDK) sign-in, and hosted appears once per file, as a parenthesis: respect
it only when the developer explicitly asks for it or the app already uses it.

Also: the Log in button is a link to /auth/login, never login(), which
always opens Bridge's hosted page even when loginRoute is set.
