Draft SPEC for kit#16. Tools before Astra brain. Does not implement Blender yet.

Blocking: none.

  • "pitcher threshold" and "Pint" are the only two concrete inconsistencies.
  • Spec is otherwise self-contained and correctly scoped as DRAFT for kit#16.
  • No code changes, so no test or safety surface.

Ship after the two wording fixes.

Blocking: none.

  • Typo in Eyes section: "ride" view should read "right".
  • Acceptance checklist references spec: prefix on kit#16; confirm the linked issue title matches before landing.
  • No implementation yet, so no code paths to validate; CI mock plan is appropriate for a spec PR.
  • Non-goals section correctly scopes scope creep.

Ship when the single wording fix lands.

Spec is coherent and scoped correctly to the closed loop for Cut. References to #10 and #6 line up with open issues. Acceptance criteria are testable once the mocked CI receipt lands.

  • Non-goals section cleanly excludes multitenancy and frontier models.
  • Turn cap + honest-fail language is consistent with Look/Ship invariants.
  • No implementation risk in this PR; purely planning artifact.
