What was changed
Added a new Github Action workflow that
Why?
The goal of this new workflow is to reduce the number of manual steps required to release a new version of our plugins. The previous release workflow involved many manual steps to copy content and review/approve PRs. This new workflow enables auto merging for all generated PRs and co-ordinates the syncing of content. The only manual step is to kick off the workflow.
