docs(python): soften plugin-system claim on integrations index - #5321

Not every listed Python integration is a Temporal SDK plugin (e.g. the upcoming OpenRouter guide is explicitly a sample pattern, not a plugin), so the blanket "these integrations are built on the Plugin system" statement no longer holds for all of them.
