What do we use for the port number?

I'm running node-red in a docker container so I'm assuming the host needs to be docker.for.mac.localhost. I'm not sure what port to use.

Unfortunately I don't have any Apple hardware to test this with, but can tell you that for Docker for Windows (or is it Docker Desktop now? I forget) I have to configure it to expose the daemon on localhost:2375 and use that to communicate with the docker engine.
