Publish a refreshed, deduplicated list of numeric IP/port endpoints from one native host identity. Keep the existing single-endpoint overload and the admission rule that one authenticated source tuple owns each ticket.
Validation: 34 signalling tests, 5 transport tests and 9 native admission tests pass. Native coverage includes IPv4 and IPv6 STUN, both data channels from a mixed candidate list, endpoint refresh, and duplicate-ticket rejection across families.
