Conversation
Minor rather than patch, twice over. Documents gained capabilities they did not have at 0.12.1 — a `<Session>` now says which model and effort level its conversation runs under, workflows run from a source bundle without Git, installations declare their own structural syntax, trusted Plugins install before a document runs, and Codex launches natively through one materialization turn. And #820 replaced the Authority terminology with concrete XMD concepts, which is a breaking rename of a public surface. Every workspace manifest moves together, the workspace entries in `bun.lock` move with them, and the site's version badge with both.

Why
mainis at0.12.1, and six pull requests have landed since0.12.0wasreleased. The manifests are the single version source — the compiled binary
reports whatever they say, and the draft release's tag follows them — so until
they move, none of that work can ship.
What changes
Before: every
@executablemdmanifest declares0.12.1, the workspace entriesin
bun.lockdeclare0.12.1, and the site badge readsv0.12.0.After: all three read
0.13.0.Minor rather than patch, twice over:
<Session>says which model and effort level itsconversation runs under (✨ Select the model and effort a
<Session>runs under #829); workflows run from a source bundle without Git(✨ Execute Markdown workflows without Git (#443) #826); installations declare their own structural syntax (✨ Let installations declare structural syntax (#806) #810, ✨ Expand installed structural syntax (#806) #812); trusted
Plugins install before a document runs (✨ Install trusted Plugins before a document runs (#818) #821); Codex launches natively through
one materialization turn (✨ Launch Codex natively through one materialization turn (#755) #823).
XMD concepts, changing a public surface.
Scope
Included
versionfield of every workspace member'sdeno.jsonandpackage.json, stamped bydeno task bump 0.13.0.versionof each@executablemdworkspace entry inbun.lock, which thebump task deliberately does not touch (release-process-spec §2).
VERSIONinsite/routes/index.tsx, the badge the site renders.Intentionally unchanged
packages/test-supportstays at0.0.0. It is not published, and the bumptask does not stamp it.
0.12.1entries inbun.lockwere all@executablemdmembers; no unrelated package shared that number.Generated or mechanical changes
deno task bump 0.13.0.bun.lockedits are the ten workspace-memberversionfields, restampedby hand because
bun installwill not rewrite entries that already satisfythe lockfile.
How to verify it
After merge, publish the draft release as
v0.13.0; its tag follows themanifests.
