Please, update the commit message (a line should be 72 chars max).
Ubuntu image changed to latest tag since ubuntu 20.04 image deprecation
[1] broke CI/CD jobs.
Remove EOL tarantool versions and use latest two versions of
tarantool 3.

Ubuntu image changed to 24.04 tagsince ubuntu 20.04 image deprecation [1] broke CI/CD jobs. Removed EOL tarantool versions.The latest two versions of tarantool 3 was added. 1. actions/runner-images#11101
