   Closing -- fixed. ExcelRequestOptions inherits from _DataExportOptions, which exposes both vf(name, value) and parameter(name, value). Same pattern as CSVRequestOptions.

   See tableauserverclient/server/request_options.py:463:

   class ExcelRequestOptions(_DataExportOptions):
       ...

   Usage:

   opts = TSC.ExcelRequestOptions().vf("Region", "West")
   server.views.populate_excel(view_item, opts)
