Adds a codex/ subtree with Codex-ready lean skill variants. The Codex versions include proactive context-budget checkpointing guidance to reduce context rot and avoid relying on automatic compaction. Notion workspace IDs are intentionally left as placeholders for safe use in the public repo.\n\nValidation:\n- Scanned staged content for resolved workspace IDs and obvious secrets\n- Ran git diff --cached --check
