Complete source-build onboarding and free RuneBench multi-agent review

Scope

Audited public export only; no private dev history. Adds ChatGPT/Astra/OpenRouter onboarding, bundled native Codex, dependency bootstrap, and a portable zero-AI RuneBench example with a sanitized recording and pinned public container.

Validation

Clean public install/setup/sample/typecheck and conformance checks passed. Fresh four-actor 25-second scripted run passed all seven gates with zero provider calls. Six capture-barrier regression tests pass, including queued preparation commits and rejection of changes during the pixel cut. Browser checks pass at 1440, 900, and 600 pixels. Final rebuilt-app native reviews are still in progress; do not merge until the completion comment.

Boundaries

No Keychain or paid model calls. Ad-hoc signed, not notarized. Existing binary releases remain unchanged. Example traces bind to the visual, not the global trace index.

Completion: native acceptance is now closed. Visual revision 4 passed screenshot-backed reviews at 1440×1000 and 900×900 on renderer/source f90a8105b800, with the strict capture mutation guard active, zero automated findings, and qualityGate.ready=true. All four replay frames were inspected.

The complete clean-tree local app/DMG build finished successfully at f90a8105b800 (including browser runtime verification and ad-hoc signing). Eleven capture/session regression tests, typechecks, public conformance/CSS checks, responsive browser checks, and the 1,317-file public export audit passed. Desktop conform CI passed on final public head 3738c58.

Ready to merge this source-only change. No paid model calls or Keychain access were used. Existing official download binaries remain unchanged; the local build is ad-hoc signed, not notarized.
