Audited production-only export of dev PR #108. Three production files plus provenance manifest; all 1,281 manifest hashes verified. Export uses the committed release tooling/policy from d90e7e2, with test fixtures excluded. Source validation: 13 model-free focused tests and renderer typecheck pass. Published v0.10.0/v0.10.1 artifacts and tags remain unchanged.
