…nt-reconcile Consolidate v0.10 document, source authority, and live evidence fixes
Port review-only changes from 92ae72ce6ae0ba167d69b12858d7e5f487c816da. Keep sealed evidence untouched and preserve append order for tied timestamps. Existing empty states and visual state persistence remain intact. Verified by nine actual projection tests in an isolated SQLite harness, renderer typecheck, and production renderer build.
Extract draft recovery and root error boundary from preservation commit 71ea071711b794820686cda9c9f0eea0a66c6dcd. Keep other trace-picker and sharing layout changes separate. Retain optimistic concurrency baseline, serialize saves, reject stale loads and prevent late saves from navigating backward. Local browser fixture covers reload, navigation, late edits, late saves, and failed-save sealing.

Only the five reviewed cancellation source/fixture files differ from staging. Five credential-free Rust regressions pass; dev PR #105 and public main export #106 are merged. No provider calls, release assets, or research WIP changed.
