…atch tests. Replace platform-split fprintf/WindowsConsole wiring with be/bec.AnsiConsole across demos, multiplex backends, and callback/format samples; add bec.AnsiConsole.WithCallback and open the 1.0.1-rc2 CHANGES/NEWS entries.
Gate escape sequences on host capability (Win11 ready, Win10 via SetConsoleMode, older hosts plain) so colours work safely across XP through modern Command Box.
