The mouse panel previously used the keyboard's fixed 1180 by 460 rectangle. It now uses a 568 by 392 Medium layout. One shared Small/Medium/Large setting scales mouse, keyboard, Home and action menus, with content-based bounds and consistent pointer avoidance.
Closes #977.
Settings default to Medium for old configurations. Scan order, directional alignment, prediction slots and input behavior are preserved. Added tests cover geometry, fractional DPI, small screens, settings compatibility, stable prediction bounds and live size changes.
Validation: Node 24 lint, 254 UI tests, 12 script tests, prediction-model verification and production build passed. Rust 1.97.1 formatting, warning-denied Clippy, 639 library tests plus 7 configuration tests passed. Three explicit opt-in tests remain ignored in the ordinary suite. Native Windows synthetic rendering was visually inspected; macOS visual inspection is unavailable locally. See docs/panel-sizing.md for the reproducible fixture command. Independent review of latest head bb03a0c found no remaining actionable findings after widening Position-page utility cells. The native Position-page fixture was also inspected. All required CI passed on this head: frontend, Windows, macOS, dependency audit and CodeQL. CI run: https://github.com/switchifyapp/switchify-pc/actions/runs/37287043143. Updated with the release-cache fix from main; independent re-review confirmed the panel changes are unchanged. The user authorized merging; no release is included.
