Prepare v1.0.0-rc.20 with the merged six-slot prediction integration. Align the app, Tauri configuration, launcher, lockfiles, browser preview and configuration assertion. Runtime behavior is unchanged by this release preparation.

Validation on head 1d82618: Node 24 lint, 253 UI tests, 12 script tests and build passed; Rust 1.97.1 formatting, warning-denied Clippy, 634 library tests, 7 configuration tests and 2 launcher tests passed. Both ordinary benchmark tests remain explicitly ignored and are run by platform CI. Independent latest-head review found no remaining actionable findings after aligning the browser and test version references.
The local Windows signing runner is online. A fresh RC20 launcher signing preflight produced a valid Authenticode signature with the configured certificate. All platform CI, dependency audit and CodeQL checks passed in run 37226011222. Packaged integration measurements completed 1,000 successful queries on each platform with no failures: Windows immediate/refinement p95 10.65/1109.76 ms, macOS 10.17/930.03 ms. Peak sampled process-tree RSS was 690245632 bytes on Windows and 662945792 bytes on macOS. These synthetic measurements exclude outer desktop transport and rendering; existing model-quality qualification failures remain documented. The user authorized this release, including the preparation merge and annotated tag after required checks pass; the existing workflow signs Windows, signs/notarizes macOS, verifies both, then publishes the prerelease and updater feed.
